Our own die-cutting tool factory manufactures and finishes flatbed die-cutting tools, not only for Model Group’s conversion machines but also for processors of other materials and other applications.
Our expert knowledge of the most economical methods of mass production is also applied to the production of die-cutting tools. We use only special steels appropriate to the material to be punched. We obtain top quality material for the die-cutting tools from selected suppliers and partners. The steels used combine optimal ductility with ideal body hardness.
Whether we are manufacturing die-cutting tools for mass production or sample tools ready for series production, all our die-cutting tools are produced to the same high standard for the different individual applications.
